Hello from the Chef de Gare,

First of all let me personally say THANK YOU to all of you for all the well wishes, cards and prayers that I have received during my little set back and stay in the hospital. I am finally on the road to recovery. Will just have to take it easy for a while.

Looks like April will be another busy month for us as the pass months have been.
On the 10th of April there will be a Johnny Cash review and Dancing through the Decades. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Price is $15.00 per person. All proceeds go to our Nursing Training program. Come out and enjoy a good time. Hope to see you there.

We are preparing for our 26th Annual GATOR WRECK (14-17th May). A lot has already been done but there is more planning to be done. We are already taking ads for the program book. If you know of anyone who would like to put an ad in, now is the time to sell. Cut off for the ads will be the 22th of April. Ritual Chairman, Don Carr is asking if anyone is interested in joining the Ritual team you may contact him or myself. We will be holding Choir practice for our new PG's under the picnic area at 1:00 pm.
The next Gator wreck Meeting will be 11th of April at 1:00.

Our next Promenade will be April 27, 2010. Come join us. Much to discuss on upcoming events. Just because I have that long BLACK road of recovery to go down don't let that stop you from attending the Promenade. Much to discuss on Southland Dixie

Membership is going good but could be better. I want to thank each of you who have already renewed your membership. We are getting close to that 100% mark. If you haven't renewed your membership, please do so now.

Other events for April….
VA Hospital Visit-14th- Come join us in our monthly visit to our veterans who are in the hospital. We will depart from the Post around 6:15.
Choir practice for PG'S-25th-- 1:00pm.
Proof reading ads for Gator Wreck---26th-7:00pm at the post.

For the good of the Voiture
