Hello from the Chef de Gare,

Let me first say Congratulations to our new Voyageur Militaire, Huey Hughes, aka Baby Huey, for making it through the Wreck at the Joint Carolinas held the 21st-24th of Jan in Charlotte. Also want to thank my Wrecking crew and Ritual crew for another outstanding performance.

February looks like another busy month for us. Come and join us on the 13th of Feb at the Post for a Valentine Dance hosted by our La Femmes. Tickets are on sale now. Limited number being sold so buy early. You can call Dell Simpson (my lovely bride) for tickets at 843-860-9986. Hope to see you there.

Also in Feb. is our Annual Bowl-A-Thon. That will be on the 20th at Royal Z in Goose Creek. Our Chairman, Ralph Lange says, �\Get a team together and come out and have a great time..

There will be a Gator Wreck meeting on the 28th at 1300 hrs at the Post.

Our next Promenade will be Feb. 23, 2010. Don�ft get a BLACK mark for not being there. We have much to discuss and prepare for, so I hope to see you there.

Membership is going good but could be better. I want to thank each of you who have already renewed your membership. We are getting close to that 100% mark. If you haven’t renewed your mem-bership, please do so now.

Other events for February….

VA Hospital Visit—10th— Come join us in our monthly visit to our veterans who are in the hospital. We will depart from the Post around 6:15.
