Who We Are

We are a Fraternal Organization composed of female members from the family of a Voyageur of La Societe Des Quarante Hommes Et Huit Chevaux. We hold our own independent Charter and Constitution. Therefore we are not considered an auxiliary of the 40/8. You must be related to a Veteran to be eligible for membership and it is by invitation only. We do not have our own programs. We sponsor and support the programs of the 40/8.

Welcome to the 40/8 Website.

We are a dedicated and energetic group of Dames, and we have a busy year planned with the support we provide to V 1067 and it's programs.

Please come out in support of our fundraisers and have fun with us. Help us make this year an even better year than the past years.

We truly miss those of you that have been absent from our rendezvous. Your experience and good ideas are needed to make a successful year.
