Blatant advertising on this forum is frowned upon and should be discouraged. Offending messages will be removed and the offenders banned.

However, we do not mind if you:

...put the Web address of your business in your signature file
...put your Web address in your profile settings
...advertise your Web site only if it helps answer a post.

See my signature line as an example. This is acceptable. What isn't acceptable is shameless Spam that provides no help or info to the thread it is posted to. If you start a new topic and it seems like Spam to me, I will remove it and will ban you. So don't do it. It is annoying, and do you really think you will get business by ticking us off like that?

Profanity will not be tolerated. Offending messages will be removed and the offenders banned, or at the very least busted in rank.

General discussion Forums may get heated, and I think that is okay and is essential to the free exchange of ideas and opinions. It is not necessary to get personal. if you do that, you may get banned or busted in Rank (warned), it really depends on how I feel that day, so be careful.

If you are a member of a Voiture, then you know there are certain things that we do not talk about in Public. Rituals, Passwords, etc. This is a Public Board and there may be folks on this site that are not members of the Forty & Eight, so do not Post these things. You will bring down the righteous anger of other Voyageur Militaires upon you, and I will remove these as soon as I can, and will at the very least give you a warning, depending upon how upset you made the other members.

If you see an offending Post or blatant advertising, drop me an email.
